Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel is dispatched. If you haven't received it within [3] business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Delayed: if your parcel hasn't arrived within [X] business days of the estimated date, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
Lost: we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
Damaged: please photograph the parcel and the item and email us within [48 hours] of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.

Incorrect address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address only before the order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
