Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return

Contact us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and state clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
We will confirm and share the return instructions with you.
Send the item back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it, or if it comes back damaged or incomplete.

Return shipping

The cost of sending an item back is paid by the customer, except where the item you received is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the item, and the standard delivery charge you paid for the original order, to your original payment method within 14 days. We may wait until we have received the item, or until you provide proof that you sent it back, before issuing the refund.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if their hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as you notice, with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a solution. Your legal rights under consumer law are not affected by this policy.
