We ship HAMRAIZ JEWELS from Thiene (Vicenza), Italy. Every order is checked and carefully packed before it leaves us.

Where we ship

We ship to Italy, to all countries of the European Union, and to selected international destinations including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are prepared the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union have no customs charges. For destinations outside the EU (for example the United States, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Delayed: if your parcel is late, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
Lost: we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
Damaged: please photograph the parcel and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you.

Incorrect address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can change the address only before the order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
